R.J. Griffin
R.J. Griffin serves as the Executive Director at Liberty Proclaimed Ministry. His main roles are overseeing contract needs and resource materials, as well as working with directors on optimal work activities in the North Texas area. He collaborates closely with his team to foster a supportive working environment that embraces diverse backgrounds and experiences during the training process. R.J. is regarded as both a leader and mentor by his employees, encouraging each individual to elevate their performance while gaining essential life skills that will help them advance in their lives.
Before joining LPM, R.J. attended The Covenant School of Dallas and developed his team-building ethic and management skills through coursework at The University of North Texas.
In his free time, R.J. pursues his passion for graphic art and owns a startup indie streetwear business centered around the elements of faith, pride, and passion—FPP. He enjoys personal growth podcasts, working out, serving as Men Of Dominion group lead at Pillar Church, and volunteering as a board member of Community Frontline, a nonprofit committed to serving East Side Fort Worth. R.J. also cherishes spending quality time with his wife Kim, and their 2 daughters.
