• Tire Replacement & Roadside Assistance: On-demand tire replacement, alignments, and both emergency (roadside/highway) and routine shop-based fleet services.
• Vehicle Procurement Network: We actively partner with automotive dealerships, commercial auto auctions, and verified private sellers to source reliable vehicles dedicated to our worker transportation programs.

Our Procurement & Vetting Process

To ensure fair partnerships and fiscal responsibility, our operational onboarding process strictly follows these standards:

• Credentialing: All vendors must provide industry references and proof of TxDOT-compliant      insurance limits.
• Competitive Bidding: New equipment procurement, large-scale fleet repairs, or ongoing service contracts require a minimum of 3 competitive bids for review by leadership.
• Payment Terms: Standard compensation for vetted operational vendors is structured on Net 30 payment terms.
